Pałac w Przyszowicach to historyczny dwór. Został wzniesiony na początku XIX wieku, a następnie rozbudowany i przekształcony w latach 1890-1895 dla rodziny von Raczek.

Ten eklektyczny obiekt dwukondygnacyjny, oparty na planie zbliżonym do prostokąta, cechuje się bogatą architekturą. Elewacje pokryte są gładkim tynkiem, a ryzality zdobią szczyty wolutowe. W południowej części znajduje się imponująca czterokondygnacyjna wieża, pierwotnie zwieńczona hełmem baniastym, a obecnie płaskim dachem z krzyżem na szczycie.

Wejście główne ozdobione jest kartuszem z herbami rodzin von Raczek i von Ludwig. Park o powierzchni 8,4 ha zachwyca różnorodnością drzew liściastych.
