A fully equipped kitchen is available for meal preparation, with free tea and coffee offered throughout the day.

Reception is open from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, but we’re happy to arrange early or late check-ins upon prior contact and approval. Reception is working remotely. Our friendly receptionists are always ready to provide recommendations about Kraków’s attractions, dining spots, and nightlife, as well as assist with any questions to make your stay enjoyable.

The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 11:00.
